Gateway Services

Summary:
The Turtle Network utilizes Gateways for external token’s/coins to bi-directionally transfer to the network, in a seamless, quick and low-cost manner.

Process:
A token is created on the Turtle Network with a 1:1 backing of the actual token (e.g. BTC-tBTC). A custom Gateway  is created with easy instructions to deposit or withdraw tokens from the network (e.g. https://bitcoingw.blackturtle.eu). Utilizing the Wallet the token can be instantly traded on the Turtle DEX with any other pair on the Turtle Network.

Benefits:
1: Token instantly trade able on the TN Decentralized Exchange (DEX).
2: Tipping via TNTippinBot, allows easy & quick token transfer in Telegram groups.

Details: Setup of Gateway by TurtleNetwork.eu, TurtleNetwork.eu manage day-to-day operations.
Cost: 2.4k Euro once-off, renewable every 12 months for 1.7k Euro.

Details: Setup of Gateway by Client with assistance from TurtleNetwork.eu, client manages day-to-day operations.
Cost: 1.2k Euro once-off, 350 Euro p/h ad-hoc costs (if required).

7d2: Resolve Time: 36 hours
7d3: Key performance metric (KPI) 1: Zero un-resolved issues within 7 days of opening a support request &
7d4: Key performance metric (KPI) 2: Monthly summary report to be supplied to TurtleNetwork.eu of all support calls open, closed, in-progress.

Note: Full KYC required;
– use the Civic app to verify mobile and email address.
– passport: Take a selfie with passport (headshot with passport number visible) and send.
– signed Contract document, SLA’s (sent in pdf format after 1st two steps completed above, digitally sign) and send.
